Maintenance Mechanic

About the Position

As a maintenance mechanic, you will be a key person in production. You will be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function as they should through both planned and emergency preventive maintenance. The work involves troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing machines within processing and production, as well as contributing to reducing downtime and increasing availability in production. You will work closely with operators and technicians to find long-term solutions and improvements.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Participate in improvement and efficiency work
• Contribute to the development of maintenance routines
• Collaborate with production and technology to ensure operations

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a practical high school education and a few years of experience in maintenance work within the industry. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Requirements:

• High school education, preferably with a technical or practical focus
• Several years of experience in maintenance
• Driver's license B
• Swedish spoken and written

It is highly meritorious if you have knowledge in CNC, hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding.
