Do you want to be part of our growing installation and service team in Eastern Sweden?

With our growth, we want to further enhance the service level for our customers and are now looking for new employees for our installation and service teams, based in Gothenburg and Norrköping.

We are currently seeking two Installation and Service Technicians for Norrköping.

The Role of Installation and Service Technician

As an Installation and Service Technician, you will, together with a colleague, be responsible for the installation and service of KOMPAN's products. You will start from our warehouse and depot in or near Norrköping. In addition to working closely with your colleague in the team, you will collaborate with our project managers, field coordinators, and salespeople to ensure the highest quality in our assignments.

The role reports to the Sales Operations Manager at KOMPAN Sweden.

This is what you will work on

• Install KOMPAN's play and fitness products according to drawings and safety standards.
• Conduct service and repairs on existing facilities.
• Prepare ground, foundations, and assembly areas for installation.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule and quality, in close dialogue with project managers and field coordinators.
• Document completed work in our systems and report any deviations.
• Meet customers and users on-site and represent KOMPAN in a professional manner.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Independent and structured: You can plan and prioritize your tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious: Child safety and products with many details require a sense of finish and precision.
• Collaborative: You thrive in a team and appreciate close cooperation with colleagues and support functions.
• Service-oriented: With a lot of customer contact, you need to be comfortable meeting users of our products and delivering excellent customer service.

You should also be comfortable with traveling and occasionally staying overnight in other locations in connection with various assignments.

Your background

We would like you to have experience in one of the following areas:

• Construction
• Assembly and installation
• Handling heavier construction machinery
• Using laser levels
• Concrete casting
• Wheel loader certification
• A driver's license (B) is required, with extended qualifications being a merit.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and the ability to work successfully in a team. You will be part of a team of two where collaboration, respect, and trust are essential.
