Maintenance Mechanic at Trinseo Sweden AB – Norrköping

Your role

As a maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for preventing, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical issues in production. You will work with both planned maintenance activities and urgent repairs to ensure high availability in our processes. The position also includes on-call duty.

Main responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing production equipment
• Preventive maintenance and improvement work
• Assembly, adjustment, and calibration of machines and components
• Collaboration with electricians and technicians in operational support
• Participation in projects for modernization and efficiency improvements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a maintenance mechanic, industrial mechanic, or service technician
• Has technical education or equivalent competence
• Has welding skills for simple repair work (welding license is not required)
• Is self-motivated, solution-oriented, and takes pride in their work
• Is driven, engaged, and enjoys taking responsibility
• Has good teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work environment
• Communicates well in Swedish and English
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
• Is comfortable with being on call.
