About you

We are looking for someone with a genuine sense of service, who is positive, quality-conscious, and loves to work when it's busy. Previous experience in leading teams within the restaurant or similar service industry is considered an advantage, and we prefer that you have worked at least 2-3 years in a bar.

You are present on the floor, build relationships, and create energy in the venue through your way of engaging with guests and leading the team. You enjoy taking initiative, organizing, following up, and ensuring that work flows smoothly.

In your leadership, you are humble and trustworthy, and you are not afraid to pitch in when needed. You are a natural leader who is passionate about service and tackles challenges with a smile. Working hours are determined by the business's opening hours but are primarily in the evenings.
