We are looking for a new employee for a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible after agreement until November 30, 2025.

Together with a group of wonderful colleagues, you will contribute to creating value and quality of life for users/patients enrolled in support, service, and social psychiatry. With us, no day is like the other, and development is ongoing. We continuously develop our working methods and how we use new technology to create a good everyday life for the patients who need our support and help.

In this process, we work with ongoing selection, which means that you may be called for an interview at short notice and that the position may be filled before the application deadline has passed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include making assessments and prescribing interventions based on the users'/patients' conditions and needs. The purpose of the interventions is to enable activity and participation through advice, support, training, treatment, adaptation of the environment, and prescribing assistive devices. A large part of the assignment involves guiding, educating, and informing staff and relatives about the interventions. Follow-up, evaluation, and documentation of completed interventions are also included.

Working hours are scheduled during the day between 07:30 and 16:15. You have the option of flexible working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with people of different ages and with various disabilities who need help and support in their daily lives. You should be a licensed occupational therapist and hold a B driver's license.

Experience in rehabilitation and assistive device assessment in private homes and/or special housing, as well as experience in documentation and/or record-keeping, is an advantage.

As a person, you should be structured, collaborative, and relationship-building. In this process, we place great importance on personal qualities.
