About the role
The position is part-time (about 4 hours per weekday) and you will have overall responsibility for how our office hotel feels and functions.
Cleaning and maintenance of all common areas and offices are an important part of the role. This is the foundation that makes the office feel fresh, welcoming, and functional. The work involves keeping the entire office in top condition by combining cleanliness with service, order, structure, and an eye for detail.
You will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and maintaining all common areas and offices (kitchen, restrooms, conference rooms, workspaces, social areas)
- Creating welcoming spaces and building routines that make the office stylish and functional
- Noticing details that others miss and fixing them immediately
- Having daily contact with our tenants and contributing to a warm, positive atmosphere
- Assisting with breakfasts, events, and social activities
- Helping with move-ins and move-outs, furnishing, and ensuring a good standard in our rooms
- Restocking supplies, managing storage, handling minor repairs, and ensuring everything works
- Implementing practical and creative improvements
- Relieving the receptionist for about 30 minutes a day
This is a role where you move around, help people, solve problems, and make the office “feel right”.
