At Uppsalahem, our tenants are always our highest priority. As a property worker in external maintenance, you will work with the management and maintenance of outdoor environments, which increases tenant satisfaction in our residential areas. Examples of tasks may include:

• maintenance of green areas
• pruning of bushes and plants
• snow removal
• waste management

In your role, you will be responsible for one or more residential areas, giving you great freedom to plan your work independently. You will often work independently but are also part of a team, and we help each other in our areas when needed. Cleaning of stairwells, waste rooms, and common areas may also be part of the job.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed secondary education. A qualification in property management is an advantage.
• Has previous experience in similar tasks and is accustomed to driving and using machinery.
• Has a B driver's license
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

As a property worker, you will be Uppsalahem's face to the public. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of service and the ability to see and meet our tenants' needs. We expect you to be diligent and take your mission seriously.
