What does the position entail?  As branch manager, you will be responsible for the branch and its staff, as well as for steering and planning operations to achieve set budget goals. With a strategic, engaged, and clear leadership style, your mission is to continue developing the branch forward. You contribute to the business adapting to our customers' wishes and demands. You will have the support of a sales associate, and together you will work to find the best solution for each individual customer in a professional and humble manner.

You will be in contact with both new and existing customers, focusing on creating new business opportunities in Kristinehamn and surrounding areas. You will mostly be on-site in the store, driving daily operations, but also participating in fairs and events.

You will report to the regional manager and be offered a varied job with a lot of customer contact. Hydroscand also provides good opportunities for development through both internal and external training.

Who are you?  You should have a technical interest, a sense of service, and good leadership qualities. You should also be solution-oriented, proactive, and have a business-oriented mindset.

We expect you to be goal-oriented, have leadership experience, and be driven and creative. We would like you to have knowledge of local businesses and industries. Knowledge of heavy hydraulics and hydraulic and pneumatic systems, such as pumps, valves, hoses, and piping components, is advantageous and will be beneficial in the role.

You should have the ability to see the big picture and create a good working atmosphere, with the ability to engage others. Always putting the customer first is a given for us.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
