What You Can Expect from the Position

As the Cashier, Customer Service, and Café Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the cash register, customer service, and café. Your tasks include planning staff for the departments and monitoring results. You will coach and lead the department's employees through your presence, ensuring that all customers receive optimal service and leave Biltema with a positive experience. The role includes ensuring that employees are trained and updated on service, customer interaction, complaint handling procedures, and cash handling. You will also be responsible for ensuring that food hygiene requirements are met in our café. To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be a clear role model who leads by example.

In addition to the specific tasks of the position, you will also work with your colleagues in the daily operations of the store. Together, you will ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that all customers receive the best possible service.

As the Cashier, Customer Service, and Café Manager, you will be part of the store's management team and report to the store manager.

The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period.

To succeed in this position, we see that you have experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or retail sector. Experience in customer service, cash handling, and complaint management is also an advantage.
