What you can expect from the position

As a store associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of various tasks in different departments of the store. This means that you play a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and fronted. Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers, whether you are restocking items, working at the checkout, assisting them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interactions with customers, you gladly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price.

At Biltema, no day is the same as another. Here, we gladly tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find a simple solution. It is you, together with your team, who are Biltema. Therefore, we are looking for someone who ensures that customers welcoming Biltema to Säffle feel just as welcome at Biltema.

The position is a permanent employment

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. We are also looking for those seeking a fun and educational summer job and want to work during the period of June-August.

What we expect from you

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and wanting to have order and tidiness around you. Knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, preferably in customer service, checkout, and complaint handling, or in the restaurant industry. To quickly adapt to the role, we hope you have a burning interest in our product range and product areas or café operations.
