Do you want to help create a premium experience in the heart of Stockholm? Carotte Staff is now looking for two service-oriented receptionists for an exciting assignment with a large property company in the city, starting in March 2026. Here, you will be part of a new team that builds the service delivery from the ground up in an environment where the days vary and no day is like the other.

Our client is a well-known and established property company in central Stockholm, where the flow of tenants, visitors, and partners is large and dynamic. From March 2026, Carotte will take over the operation of two of the property's receptions, and we are now building a dedicated team of three people, including a team leader, who will together create a workplace that the people working there long for.

You will work in both receptions and rotate between them with your two colleagues. The role involves both daily service and a significant element of coordination, structure, and relationship building.

As a receptionist, you are a central contact point for everyone moving in the buildings. Your tasks include, among others:

• Welcoming and guiding visitors and providing a professional first impression
• Supporting tenants in the building with questions, service requests, and ongoing needs
• Maintaining close contact with the property's suppliers and managing orders
• Responsible for access cards, tags, and visitor registration
• Booking and preparing site visits and tours
• Handling simple administration and contributing to making the receptions welcoming and representative
• Being involved in planning, coordinating, and executing the property company's events, activities, and activations throughout the year
• Working closely with your team and helping to develop routines, working methods, and service culture before the operational start
• Supporting the team leader in daily dialogue with tenants, suppliers, and other parties in the property

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from reception, office services, hotels, conferences, or premium service
• Worked in commercial properties or similar environments
• Experience with access systems or visitor management

Scope: Full-time Start: End of February 2026 Working hours: Monday–Friday, office hours Employment: Permanent employment in contract with a six-month initial probationary period
