We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and solution-oriented person who wants to work as a customer representative at a successful company in southern Stockholm. Here you will play an important role where you create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues every day.

About the role

As a customer representative, you have a central function in the workshop's daily operations. You are the customer's first point of contact, both before, during, and after the visit, and you ensure that each customer receives a professional, pleasant, and efficient response.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers for workshop visits via phone and email
• Receive and hand over cars
• Handle payments, documentation, and customer inquiries
• Provide advice and guidance on simpler technical questions
• Work in the workshop's computer system and support customers via phone and email
• Contribute to a high level of service and customer satisfaction at all levels

You will be part of an engaged team where quality, clear communication, and good collaboration are important.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a background in service professions, preferably with experience from the automotive industry or a similar customer-facing role. Alternatively, you have worked in a service-intensive profession and feel that this is your next challenge.

We would like you to:

• Be social, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• See solutions instead of problems
• Have an easy time making contact and building relationships
• Be structured and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish
• Have a valid driver's license (requirement)

Experience with automotive industry systems (e.g., Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, Elsa, or Winassist) is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you also have an interest in cars, that’s a plus.

Application and start date
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 7-16 and 9-18. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you along the way to a successful career. There are very good chances of being directly recruited to the client company.
