HSB Sydost is now looking for a Property Caretaker in Kalmar for a summer vacation position in 2025. We hope you want to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

In the role of Property Caretaker, you will work with green area and property maintenance, such as lawn mowing, trimming, and weeding. You will take great responsibility to ensure that our residential areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained. The work is varied and suits those who enjoy physical work and have the willingness and commitment to provide professional service to our customers.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role of Property Caretaker, we believe you: • Are interested in green areas and vegetation. • Have a strong desire to do a good job. • Have physical endurance, as the pace is high during the growing season. • Experience in similar tasks is an advantage. • If you have clearing and chainsaw training, it is a merit.

A manual B driver's license is a requirement for employment.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is proactive, open-minded, and trustworthy. A background in service is considered an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
