Qopla AB is a leading technology company in foodtech, providing digital payment solutions for restaurants.

We are proud to have over 1500 customers in Sweden and are in an exciting phase of expansion where we need to strengthen our team with skilled and dedicated employees.

We are now looking for driven and customer-oriented Support Specialists for full-time positions who will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to our customers and partners. As a Support Specialist, you will be the face of our company and help build strong relationships by solving problems and answering questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our partners over the phone and email with guidance on how to use our platform and tools.
  • Make changes to restaurant menus and ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Help with technical questions and troubleshooting to ensure our partners have a smooth experience.
  • Prepare hardware with the right systems and programs for our restaurants.
  • Communicate with partners such as Wolt, Foodora, and UberEats.

Important personal qualities:

  • Strong service orientation
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Strong technical interest and ability to quickly learn new systems and software.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish and English.
  • Flexibility to work different hours during the week to meet our customers' and partners' needs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the restaurant industry and understanding its specific needs and challenges.
  • Previous experience with cash solutions or delivery services for restaurants.
