Do you want to develop in a future-oriented industry and make a real difference? We are looking for two new colleagues for our night shift team at the short-term unit Lövgärdet.

One position is a permanent employment and the other is a 9-month temporary position.

At the short-term unit, you have the opportunity to develop and utilize your full competence as a nursing assistant. The work is varied, and you work both independently and collaboratively with others to provide person-centered care and support. You also work in a team with licensed staff.

In your work, you perform planned interventions and other tasks according to the schedule for night staff, as well as manage safety, movement, and deviation alarms throughout the entire shift. You receive delegation regarding health and medical care interventions and also work based on contact person responsibilities during the night. Furthermore, you contribute to the work with information about the guest at night to others in the team, which also forms the basis for implementation plans. You will have the opportunity to develop and utilize your full competence as a nursing assistant.

Lövgärdet short-term unit offers municipal care and support for shorter periods for individuals who, for various reasons, cannot stay at home. This may include those who need more rehabilitation after a hospital stay before returning home, as well as those who need special care and support for a short period before moving home or to a care and support facility.

Your working hours are scheduled nights and weekends, with the possibility of additional evening shifts. Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare and a protected professional title, or alternatively can show that you have been employed as a nursing assistant at the introduction of the new regulations.
• The position requires work experience as a nursing assistant and previous experience of night work within care and support.
• Since a large part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is required.
• It is an advantage if you have worked within short-term care.

To succeed in this role, we also require that you are responsible and take ownership of your tasks and the group's tasks. You do your best to complete all tasks correctly and follow up on how it turned out. You always have a good attitude, are pleasant and helpful towards others even in challenging situations. In your work, you are flexible and can adapt how you work when things change. You can quickly adjust your perspective and approach and see opportunities in changes. You work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. By understanding the common mission, you work to make it as good as possible.
