Birkaskolan is an institution for children from preschool to grade 9. The school's goal is to develop creativity, self-confidence, and a love for learning through Montessori pedagogy.

In the preschool, we have 110 children divided into 6 departments. The preschool has its own KRAV-certified kitchen.

Our preschool offers continuity and security in an inspiring environment, adapted to the children's size and developmental level. We want each child, based on their conditions, to grow and develop into an independent individual at their own pace. The groups are mixed-age, and the older children serve as role models, guiding and assisting the younger ones.

Free play, nature, and creative activities are also a significant and important part of our operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed. We want you to have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and have a positive attitude. You should preferably be trained as a childcare worker or have an equivalent background. Experience is an advantage, but we are also looking for someone interested in starting to work with children's development.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the advertisement expires.
