We are looking for an experienced procurement consultant for an assignment.

About the position

You will independently and in consultation with the client in the authority (procurement department) handle orders from your own framework agreements; orders through renewed competition; direct procurements in competition and advertised procurements. The Kammarkollegiet's procurement function uses Mercell TendSign as the procurement system. You will also work on managing procured agreements in TendSign, record your cases in the case management system Platina, and otherwise document your cases in accordance with the procurement function's routines and the unit's various planning documents.

Main responsibilities

The assignment also includes assisting Kammarkollegiet's procurement officers in managing the procurement function's common functional mailbox by answering questions and providing advice to clients. The assignment further includes assisting in the systematic follow-up of concluded agreements.

The procurement function works both with follow-up of procurement and agreements at the departmental level and with following up individual business-critical agreements. The assignment will amount to 50-60 percent of a full-time position over a whole year. It can be carried out flexibly so that work during some weeks is less, and more extensive in other weeks. The assignment's location is Kammarkollegiet's office in Gamla stan in Stockholm with the possibility to work remotely by agreement.

Who are you?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the criteria below:

University education in law, economics, or equivalent education, alternatively, YH education as a procurement officer/purchaser or equivalent education
At least three (3) years of work experience from similar work.
Good knowledge of LOU/LUF
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Experience working with procurement tools such as Mercell TendSign.

We want to specify and clarify some of the requirements mentioned above:

The requirement for university education or YH education means for the client that you have completed your studies, i.e., passed all courses in the education.
The experience with TendSign should be such that you can work in the system from day one. The client uses TendSign for all competitive procurements.
We want you to have worked at least four (4) years as a procurement officer full-time in an authority or as a consultant with experience from previous staffing assignments.

The position places high demands on simple, clear, and knowledgeable communication in Swedish, primarily in writing but also orally within the framework of primarily larger procurement projects.
