Your Role

As a consulting manager with us, you will have a day filled with meetings with people. You lead, listen, coach, and ensure that our consultants feel good and develop. You have personnel responsibility, but also the space to drive the business forward – as a leader for your employees and by nurturing existing clients.

This is a role for you who enjoys variation, freedom, and responsibility. One day you might be out with a client, the next day you sit in a conversation with a consultant, and the third you plan the future team together with colleagues.

We believe that good leadership is about presence. Being there when needed, listening, asking questions, and sometimes just holding someone's hand through something new. At the same time, you are part of the business – you see opportunities, build relationships, and find solutions that help both people and companies grow.

Who are you?

You are Secure. Clear. Warm. You enjoy when things are happening and thrive with many relationships going on at the same time. You have experience leading people, perhaps as a manager, team leader, or consulting manager. You understand that structure and heart need to coexist.

We also believe you are a senior environmental scientist with expertise in your field; it is advantageous if you have competence in permit matters, but we are also open to other competencies. Surprise us and tell us more about yourself, about why you are the right person for us!

You obviously have a driver's license, a good understanding of administration, and ease with academic language in writing.
