About Close Care - Mobile Rehab Team 

We conduct successful rehabilitation in special accommodations throughout Stockholm. We are a dedicated and competent rehab team of a total of 40 people. 

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist at 60% for a fixed-term employment, 13 weeks starting from January 12, 2026 to April 12, 2026. The assignment is 60% (3 days a week) with the possibility to choose your working days. There is a great chance for continued assignments, both shorter and longer, within the team. 

Job Description

In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as supervision and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

You will work on a fixed schedule together with an experienced and competent physiotherapist colleague at the nursing home Nilstorpsgården in Lidingö. You will have a large and wonderful rehab team of about 40 people to turn to for advice.

The mobile team is continuously working on development, and we expect you to find it exciting to develop and enjoy testing new working methods. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care is continuously evolving.

You should enjoy a flexible and challenging work environment and work as part of a team in close collaboration with rehab teams and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy supervising staff in health and medical care issues and are motivated to organize care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

• Licensed occupational therapist
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Desirable

• Experience working in SÄBO and/or geriatrics
• Master's degree (not a requirement)
