We are looking for someone who is ready to step into a friendly and business-driven environment for 6 months, starting immediately, where you will have your own responsibilities from day one. Here, you will work with content for strong brands like Pressbyrån, 7-Eleven, and PBX, and your contribution will directly impact the success of the franchisees. Your Responsibilities
In the role of Digital Content and Engagement Specialist, you will have a broad operational responsibility to develop and drive the customer club forward. You will be a central part of the work to build loyalty and increase member activity. Your main responsibilities include:
- Create, adapt, and publish engaging, commercial content in digital channels such as web, social media, email, and SMS to drive member loyalty.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns and mailings that engage existing members and attract new ones.
- Drive member recruitment by implementing digital strategies including SEO, social media, and advertising.
- Be responsible for paid advertising and conversion optimization in platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
- Be out in stores to run events, workshops, and member activities to ensure contact with franchisees (the merchants) and understand their reality.
- Ensure that all communication follows the brand's tone and vision in each channel.
Worth Knowing
The role is a consulting assignment for 6 months where you can be employed by TNG or come in as a subcontractor with an immediate desired start. The location is in Stockholm, and you will work from the service office in Stadshagen, together with a team of specialists in content, campaigns, digital channels, and loyalty strategy. You will report to the marketing manager and work closely with both internal teams and franchisees across the country. Working hours are office hours, but the role may involve travel and activities to stores and events.

Our Expectations
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in areas such as digital communication or e-commerce. You have several years of experience in content marketing and CRM, preferably from a larger or medium-sized retail company. We see that you have worked as a consultant before, with a knack for quickly adapting to new organizations and delivering from day one. Experience with loyalty programs and customer clubs is crucial for understanding the complexity of the assignment.
You are digitally savvy and comfortable with tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, CMS, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite. You are also proficient in design programs like Illustrator and Photoshop. Your written communication is sharp, commercial, and engaging, with excellent Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is advantageous if you have experience in retail, franchise, or larger organizations. You find it easy to take an active role and enjoy meeting both employees and franchisees on-site.
As a person, you are self-sufficient and proactive: you take initiative and drive projects from idea to execution. You are attentive, customer-centered, and professional in your dialogue with stakeholders and merchants. Finally, you can concretely account for your previous results.
