AMA Dental is looking for an experienced dentist who wants to take clear quality and management responsibility in our operations. The role can be combined with clinical work in a full-time position or performed as a part-time role with only dental management responsibility.

Workplace and organization

AMA Dental operates several dental clinics in Stockholm. We work according to the National Guidelines of the National Board of Health and Welfare, IVO's requirements for self-monitoring, and the regulations of the Social Insurance Agency. We are in a development phase focusing on structure, quality, and long-term sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

Dental management responsibility (all job types):

• Ensure that the operations follow scientific and evidence-based practices.
• Be responsible for ensuring that guidelines and treatment routines are current and implemented.
• Quality review of record-keeping and treatment planning.
• Supervision and support for dentists, dental hygienists, and dental nurses.
• Responsible for internal training in relevant areas.
• Participate in deviation management, risk assessments, and improvement work according to IVO's requirements.
• Support in complex patient cases and assessment of larger treatment cases.
• Ensure compliance with TLV's reimbursement regulations and the Social Insurance Agency's requirements.

For full-time position (combined role):

• Clinical work in general dentistry.
• Possible implant treatments and prosthetics depending on competence.
• Treatment planning and follow-up of treatment results.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed dentist in Sweden.
• Several years of clinical experience.
• Very good knowledge of record-keeping according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations.
• Good understanding of TLV codes and the Social Insurance Agency's reimbursement system.
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in management responsibility, supervision, or clinical development.
• Experience in implant surgery or advanced prosthetics.
• Experience in quality work or internal control.
• Other language skills.

Employment conditions

• Extent: Full-time (clinical + management responsibility) or part-time (only management responsibility).
• Employment form: Permanent or by agreement.
• Location: Stockholm.
• Start: By agreement.
