Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Animal Keepers for farms in Skåne County ahead of the spring season 2025.

About the Position:

We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible animal keepers for full-time positions in Skåne County. Your main responsibilities will include daily care of cows, which involves daily management, milking with robots (Lely or Delaval), and tethering. Feeding and health checks are also part of your daily work. Machine operation is also involved, so we consider it very advantageous if you have experience operating tractors or loaders. Working hours are full-time/daytime (40 hours/week). Weekend work may occur. Salary according to collective agreement, vacation pay, and occupational pension.

• Full-time Position: Work in a stable and pleasant work environment. You will be employed by us at Agroflow and rented out to farms in your area. You will work from home and follow the schedule assigned to you.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a good eye for animals and experience working with cows. Important qualities include being loyal and conscientious, flexible, and structured. Working on a farm involves a lot of freedom under responsibility, and you should not be afraid to jump in where needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with cows/cattle
• Responsible and reliable.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Driver's license B
• Experience operating machinery is advantageous
• Very advantageous if you have knowledge of insemination/pregnancy checks
