JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of nursing assistant with us, you will work in a dementia department where you, together with your colleagues, will base your work on the individual care plan, where the user's needs are clearly defined. We work from a salutogenic perspective, which means that we focus on the resources and abilities that each user has. Support, care, and nursing are always adapted to the individual's needs and conditions.

Your tasks vary depending on the user's needs and include health and medical care tasks according to delegation, personal care, service interventions, and contact with relatives. You document according to applicable legislation in our digital systems and establish and follow up on care plans. We use the operational system Combine and digital signing. As a nursing assistant, you are a key person in the user's daily life and contribute to safety and participation.

Your primary employment is at Kapten or Kvarnbacken, but if necessary, you may also work in other units. Together with your colleagues, you are central to creating the best possible quality of life for the individual user.

The position involves scheduled working hours, with work during the day, evening, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title. We prefer that you have previous experience working in elderly care and dementia care. You are accustomed to working in digital systems and have good knowledge of documentation. You follow the organization's action plans, policies, and guidelines.

A B driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement for the position.

You have the ability to share information and ideas both verbally and in writing, and communicate clearly. You adapt your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation. To thrive in the role, you are confident and work responsibly and independently with a clear user focus. You act based on decisions made and guidelines and actively contribute to their follow-up and development. You have a good attitude and collaborate well. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
