Licensed Nurse with Experience in Thoracic Surgery Wanted!

We are looking for a licensed nurse with extensive experience in thoracic surgery for our unit at Karolinska University Hospital in Solna for surgical coordination and outpatient services!

About the position

At the Thoracic Surgery Unit, more than 1000 heart surgeries and 500 lung surgeries are performed annually. In addition, there are over 1000 patient visits at our outpatient clinic. The clinic also follows patients with aortic aneurysm diseases. The operation is distinctly highly specialized.

The work offers great opportunities for independence, and we are therefore looking for a person with a good ability to make decisions and take initiatives. It is also very important that you are organized and responsible, as you will be responsible for surgical planning and outpatient activities with patient visits both before and after thoracic surgical procedures.
