Media Sales Representative – B2B Media

About the role

As a media sales representative, you will be responsible for selling advertising across our various channels – print, web, and newsletters – to both existing and new customers. The role is broad and gives you the opportunity to work both relationship-building and actively prospecting for new clients.

• Approximately 30% of the work is focused on existing customers.
• Approximately 70% of the work involves prospecting for new clients.

You will

• Create and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and contact new prospects.
• Package and present effective marketing solutions.
• Work towards clear sales targets with the potential for high commissions.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong drive and enjoys achieving results through their own efforts.
• Has a competitive mindset and thrives on chasing new business.
• Is relationship-oriented, communicative, and fearless in contacting new people.
• Believes that their contributions can make a difference – and takes responsibility for making it happen.
• Has sales experience, preferably in media or B2B (an advantage but not a requirement).
