Smedjebacken

Smedjebacken is a short-term care facility within elderly care in Laholm Municipality.

With us, individuals with varying needs for support, rehabilitation, and care are cared for over a limited time. We work person-centered and always consider the users' individual needs and goals. As a night assistant nurse, you are an important source of security and a contact person for our users.

About the Position

As a night assistant nurse, you will:

• Provide individually tailored care and support according to implementation plans
• Make observations and report deviations, changes, and needs
• Be responsible for documentation according to applicable routines
• Create security and calm for users during the night
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good working environment

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

The requirements for the position are that you are a trained assistant nurse.

You have a warm demeanor, are secure in your professional role, and can work independently. You enjoy working nights and are good at creating structure. You have a good ability to communicate and document in Swedish. You contribute to a positive work environment and enjoy collaborating. Experience from short-term care, dementia, or end-of-life care is an advantage.

You are accustomed to documenting and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
