About the position

At Perido, we are currently seeking a procurement officer for our client Kammarkollegiet, a large government agency headquartered in central Gamla Stan, Stockholm. This is a part-time assignment (60%) with the possibility of performing some work remotely. It can be carried out flexibly, with some weeks requiring less work and others more extensive.

Your responsibilities

The role of the procurement officer includes conducting needs and market analyses, maintaining supplier contacts, and engaging in dialogue with new suppliers. Additionally, it involves handling quotes, bids, contracts, and supplier selection, as well as executing independent direct procurements, purchases, procurements, and call-offs from government framework agreements.

Your central responsibilities include:

• Independently, and in consultation with the client, manage call-offs from your own framework agreements, conduct renewed competition, handle direct procurements in competition, and carry out advertised procurements. Work is conducted in the procurement system Mercell TendSign.
• Manage procured contracts in TendSign, register cases in the case management system Platina, and document work according to the purchasing function's routines and planning documents.
• Support the agency's procurement officers by managing the shared functional mailbox, answering questions, and providing advice to clients.
• Participate in the systematic follow-up of entered contracts both at the departmental level and for individual business-critical contracts.

Your qualities

To thrive and succeed in the role of procurement officer, good communication skills and a clear understanding of routines and work processes are required. The role requires an analytical approach and the ability to make independent decisions. The person should be service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused, as well as work meticulously and structured. It is also important to be self-driven and quickly able to familiarize oneself with new tasks and working methods.

Qualifications:

• University degree in law, economics, or equivalent education, alternatively, vocational training as a procurement officer/purchaser or equivalent education.
• At least four years of full-time work experience as a procurement officer in a government agency or as a consultant with experience from previous staffing assignments.
• Experience working with the procurement tool Mercell TendSign.
• Good knowledge of LOU/LUF.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience working independently as a procurement officer with minimal supervision, can produce procurement documents based on existing templates or previous procurements, and has experience handling cases in case management systems.
• Experience delivering results with good quality efficiently, has worked on various procurement projects with varying demands on time, knowledge, and engagement, and has the ability and experience to handle situations where clients are unfamiliar with procurement processes.
• Good experience with call-offs through renewed competition, direct procurements, and advertised procurements.
• Experience in contract management.

Scope and start date

Part-time 60%, consulting assignment until 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension from 2026-08-01 until 2027-01-31. Start date 2026-02-01.
