Here at Tallåsen, we have 13 units, of which eight are dementia-oriented, three are somatic-oriented, and two are geriatric psychiatric units. Tallåsen is centrally located in Stenungsund, about 200 meters from Stenungsund station and about 700 meters from Stenungstorg shopping center.

We operate around the clock with a driven and competent team consisting of nursing assistants, care assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, administrators, service personnel, and unit managers. Together we are ONE TEAM. Our focus is to create a safe place based on good and secure care. One of our goals is to offer residents a meaningful existence based on participation and their own physical abilities, where activities and enrichment play a central role in everyday life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employee, you have an important role in creating a meaningful everyday life for individuals, considering each resident's individual needs and circumstances. The goal is for each resident to live a dignified life and feel well-being. The working method should lead to good and safe care where the tenant achieves meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability in their life situation through influence and participation.

You will work based on contact management and implementation plans and have close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff, nurses, and doctors. The work includes documentation and performing health and medical tasks by delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a nursing assistant education and experience in care work.
• Since documentation is an important part of our work, we would like you to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
• Has the ability to meet people in a professional manner and be attentive to the tenant's needs.
• Is calm and has a clear resident focus, as well as a natural ability to see the relatives as an important part of the team.
• Has an easy time adapting your work methods based on changing conditions and new information.
• Is innovative and willing to try new things.
• Shares your knowledge with other colleagues.
• You should be familiar with applicable legislation and know the national guidelines for care and support in dementia.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.

The position is permanent at 70-80% with placement at Lindgården.
