We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, with no requirement for previous experience as we welcome both new and experienced colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. We see that you have good collaboration skills, you value, see the benefit of, and enjoy working together with other people. You also have a positive attitude and put the patient at the center.

This is what you will work with

In the department, internal medicine patients are cared for, including those with kidney, gastroenterological, and endocrinological diseases. The work with us is varied and developing. You will meet people in many different situations, both acutely ill and scheduled patients. As a nursing assistant, you work closest to the patient and are responsible together with the nurse in your team for the nursing work. There are doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists connected to the team. We have a coordinator during the day who assists with admissions and discharges and with the social planning of patients connected to municipal care.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position, with the possibility of part-time, the working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekend shifts, with the possibility of nights as well. Start date according to agreement, selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
