About Us

We are now looking for another dedicated employee to join our team! Närhälsan Brämaregården health center is a well-functioning clinic located in central Hisingen with approximately 12,500 registered patients.

At the health center, about 40 employees with broad expertise work, including nursing assistants, nurses, district nurses, doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries. Together, we form a stable workgroup in a welcoming work environment where you as a new employee can feel secure. We value each individual and believe in creating a positive team spirit.

About the Job

Your tasks at the health center are varied, with the patient in focus. The work consists, among other things, of independent work in the laboratory with sampling and controls, assisting doctors with wounds and minor surgeries, as well as performing common examinations, such as blood pressure measurement and EKG examination. Areas of responsibility such as wound dressing, suture removal, managing your own clinic, and performing audiometry may also be included.

You will work both independently and in a team with other personnel categories at the health center. Ordering supplies and preparing examination rooms are part of the daily work. We work in the Asynja Visph journal system. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervising students is also part of your role at the health center.

About You

• You have documented training as a nursing assistant.
• You have previous experience working at a health center in primary care.
• You have previous experience with venous sampling, both adults and children.
• Supervisory training is desirable.

We are looking for someone who has good collaboration skills and is flexible in their way of working. The workload is varied and at times high, so it is important that you have a good ability to prioritize among your tasks.

The position is a temporary contract starting by agreement until August 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Interviews at the health center will be conducted continuously during the application period.

As of July 1, 2023, the title of nursing assistant became a protected professional title. This means you need proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant within healthcare and social services.
