The practice includes a medical clinic, nursing/district nursing clinic, and home healthcare. Nurses/district nurses are responsible for specialist clinics in Hypertension, Asthma/COPD, Obesity, and Diabetes.

Our staff includes 3 permanently employed district doctors and a total of 5 nurses/district nurses. The practice also includes a counseling clinic and has its own laboratory.

Job Responsibilities

Together with the Operations Manager and Medical Responsible Doctor, you will have great opportunities to influence your work, as we have short decision-making paths and an open atmosphere. There is an opportunity to develop together with competent colleagues. You will work both independently and in teams with other staff categories at both the clinic and in home healthcare, as well as be responsible for diabetes patients together with the doctors.

As a diabetes nurse at Vallatorpsdoktorn, your work will be varied. The workday will include clinic work and telephone advice.

Everything is under one roof here. We have specialist doctors in general medicine, training doctors, district nurses, nurses, psychotherapists, and nursing assistants. The clinic has about 6000 registered patients. Our common goal is to offer good and close care to all patients with engagement, empathy, and competence, and to be a pleasant workplace for all our wonderful employees.
