As an Account Manager at Enspecta, you will play a central role in the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for creating and developing customer relationships with real estate agents and other stakeholders in the industry.
You will work daily with the phone and computer as your primary tools for booking meetings, following up leads, and building strong collaborations. The role also includes customer visits in your region, which makes a B driver's license a requirement.
You will be part of Enspecta's operations department where sales, marketing, and administration come together under one roof, a team characterized by energy, responsibility, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Contact and build relationships with real estate agents and customers across Sweden
• Conduct meetings via phone, email, and in-person with clients
• Identify needs and offer the right solutions from Enspecta's service portfolio
• Follow up leads and work towards set sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for the best customer experience
Your Profile
You are a positive, driven, and communicative person who enjoys meeting people. You easily build trust, take responsibility for your results, and want to develop in an environment where quality and customer satisfaction are in focus.
You work independently, have good structure in your daily life, and enjoy seeing concrete results from your work.
Requirements
• Good communication skills in spoken and written language
• Fluent in Swedish
• Experience in sales
• At least 20 years old
• B driver's license
Meritorious
• Experience or education in B2B sales
• Experience from the real estate industry or inspection-related services

Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop as a seller.
