Our Business Area Rental & Used

Our business area Rental & Used is responsible for the company's fleet management and products related to rental and sales of used forklifts. In this area, we also have our Fleet Management Center - TruckHuset in Mjölby. From here, all used sales, short-term rentals, and demo operations are completed, maintained, and administered.

Your Responsibilities:

In our workshop at TruckHuset, we are responsible for the service and maintenance of our rental and demo forklifts, factory refurbishment of used forklifts, and customization of new forklifts. In your role as a workshop technician, you will work with everything from simple cleaning and service to in-depth factory refurbishment of forklifts. You will work independently and be responsible for all steps in the process, from washing/cleaning, repair, and ordering spare parts to assembly and final painting. The work is performed according to given delivery times - always with quality and the customer in focus. We work according to the Toyota Production System (TPS), which means we work according to a standardized way of working, 5S, and quality control.

Reporting is to the workshop manager.

You are persistent and self-driven and have the ability to foresee and prioritize tasks, ensuring that work is completed on time and with the correct quality.
You work methodically and can also perform under pressure during peak times.
You have automotive technical or other comparable education/experience.
You should be able to handle English as many of the manuals are written in English.
Computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

It is desirable that you have good knowledge of electrical/electronics, hydraulics, mechanics, and combustion engines.
Experience from similar work is a plus.
