Gatekeeper / Receptionist

Are you a service-oriented and structured person with a keen eye for detail and security? Eterni Sweden AB is now looking for a Gatekeeper/Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our client's visitors and partners.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming first impression while maintaining the company's high security and access requirements. This position is suitable for you who enjoy combining service with order, routines, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Visitor Management

• Receive and register visitors, suppliers, and contractors

• Ensure identity verification and issue temporary access cards

• Assist visitors in reaching the right contact person or department

Security & Access Control

• Maintain applicable security procedures on site

• Manage access control systems, gates/bollards

• Prevent unauthorized access to production and security-classified areas

Information & Guidance

• Inform about safety regulations, emergency exits, and company procedures

• Be the company's face to external visitors

Communication

• Answer and transfer phone calls

• Manage incoming emails and mail

• Act as a link between visitors and employees

Administration

• Book meeting rooms and manage visitor logs

• Order office supplies

• Perform various administrative tasks as needed

• Is service-oriented, confident, and responsible

• Has good communication skills and a professional demeanor

• Enjoys working in a role where security and structure are central

• Has good computer skills and can handle administrative tasks

• Experience in reception, customer service, or security-related roles is an advantage
