Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' car rental experience from booking and pickup to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries. We work on a rotating schedule where you work daytime some weeks and evening shifts other weeks.

Your tasks

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.

You have

• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work both day and evening shifts.

Working hours

At Sixt Arlanda, you will work on a rotating 7-week schedule where you switch weekly between 07:00-15:30, 11:30-20:00, and 15:30-24:00. You will work approximately every other weekend.
