We are now looking for a Site Manager for an existing stationary customer in Västmanland and Södermanland. The advertisement is aimed at an existing stationary customer with sites in several locations in Mälardalen. You will work with team leaders and security guards and be responsible for ensuring that the teams achieve set goals and criteria. We work closely with our customer, who has high demands on our delivery and service execution, while this is an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work together with the customer and its contractors in the daily operations where the focus on physical security is the highest priority. An interest in technology and good English in both spoken and written form is a requirement.

You will hold morning meetings with the on-duty team leaders, distribute tasks and responsibilities, and also receive information about any problems in the various teams, while also helping where needed. To strengthen our customer's security and prevent incidents and promote a safer environment. You will grow together with your teams in the challenges you face in everyday life – and together with the broad competence within the teams.

What we are looking for:

You need to be a person who can lead and manage staff. You should enjoy being one step ahead and preferably come up with your own initiatives. Driven, engaged, and a willingness to develop will take you far.

But also, based on experience and knowledge of the assignment, continuously find and suggest improvements and development of the assignment and its execution, in order to deliver value to the customer. Simply be an advisory party to the customer but also to your own organization.

Workplace: Eskilstuna

Duration: Full-time weekdays, but some evening work may occur.

Start date: By agreement

Our requirements for this position are that you as an applicant must have:

• be of legal age and have no criminal record, according to FAP 573-2
• be drug-free
• high school diploma
• good Swedish in spoken and written form
• good health and physical condition
• organized finances
• driver's license B
• for this position, it is a requirement that you can speak and write English

It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education, leadership training, and preferably several years of work experience in a leadership position. Security guard training (VU1 + VU2) is beneficial for understanding the business.
