Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Burdy, you will be a key person in driving growth and creating new business opportunities. You will work on prospecting, identifying the right companies, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings where Burdy can create concrete value for the customer.

Over time, you will also have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in the sales process and hold customer meetings alongside the team.


You will work freely and independently, often remotely, but with the option to come into the office in Hammarby Sjöstad 1-2 days a week if you wish.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new customers and business opportunities

  • Contact decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up on leads

  • Understand the customer's needs and present Burdy's solutions in a professional manner

  • Contribute to the sales team's goals and results


Your Profile

You are a curious, self-driven, and social person who enjoys making connections and sparking interest. You thrive on taking initiative, are unafraid to call new customers, and are motivated by seeing businesses grow.

You don't need to be a technical expert, but you find digital solutions exciting and want to understand how they can create value for businesses.

You have a strong drive, positive energy, and enjoy working towards clear goals.

  • Experience in customer contact, sales, or appointment setting

  • You are results-oriented, communicative, and independent

  • Interest in technology, innovation, or software development

  • You speak and write fluent Swedish and English

Start: By agreement


You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop as a seller.
