We welcome both experienced and newly graduated individuals! Do you want to work where the team spirit is strong, where we laugh together despite challenges, and where we value our employees' well-being?

High ceilings and a close-knit atmosphere reflect the staff group on ward 4 A.

It is important for us to develop our skills in teams with diverse competencies, always keeping the patient's best interests in focus. With us, there is room to think outside the box and develop work methods to the best of patient safety and work environment. We can offer you a workplace where you can become one of us at your own pace and feel meaningfulness in everyday life alongside your colleagues. Here, there is room for both reflection and guidance, and we value innovation and open ideas.

Our workplace
On ward 4 A, we work with patient-centered care in teams with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We have 21 care places, and the ward's focus is on nephrology, gastroenterology, and general medicine. We also strive to have MAVA places and have telemetry monitoring capabilities.

Each work group consists of 3 employees: 1 nurse and 2 nursing assistants care for 7-8 patients depending on the occupancy rate. It is important for us to work across boundaries and help each other.

In gastro and kidney care, many patients have chronic illnesses, which requires close collaboration with outpatient clinics and primary care.

Leadership is built on presence, participation, trust, and clarity. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop at your own pace and be coached accordingly. Orientation and introduction take place based on your conditions. Every other week, we have training themes on the ward, which allows you to develop in your specialty. With us, you should feel safe and supported. We are also trying a work method that allows for increased flexibility, enabling participation in certain training and APT from home via TEAMS.
