Our operations provide legal support to the Department of National Dental Care, International Care, and Labor Market Support (NA). We welcome you who are legally knowledgeable, driven, and courageous to lead the unit of Process and Law with lawyers and process lawyers. You will join a management team that drives and develops the operations together.

Close leadership, trust, reforms As a unit manager, you are the manager who is closest to the employees and operations. You are responsible for leading and driving the daily work based on the department's mission and goals, where the state value base permeates your work. Through your leadership, you convey clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take their responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as result and follow-up responsibility for the employees in your unit.

Your unit consists of 16 employees who work with litigation and legal support and are based in Malmö. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take their responsibility and meet the need for change. You create understanding of the context, direction, and the target images set by the department and develop the plans your operations need. As a unit manager, you are a support for the area manager and you are part of the area's management group consisting of four unit managers, a business developer, and a business-related HR support where you contribute with your expertise and commitment. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that creates conditions for employees to use their judgment and competence.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you who will work with us have a high security awareness.

  • has several years of experience in legal work at a Swedish authority
  • has good leadership skills

It is advantageous if you

  • have experience in operational leadership
  • have experience in leadership within legal support and litigation
  • have experience in coaching leadership
  • have experience in planning your operations in collaboration with colleagues at a distance
  • have knowledge of the department's benefits; international care, national dental care, labor market support, defense benefits, and the provider register
  • have a good understanding of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's mission.

Other A permanent, full-time position, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be relevant.
