ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry that operates in several locations in Sweden. About the role

Your tasks will primarily focus on property and process media-related matters within the framework of our commitment - such as troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repair in an industrial environment - HVAC, ventilation, and heating, but we also strive to work preventively. Examples of tasks include repairing gates and safety rails as well as repairing pumps, electric motors, and fans, among others. You will also be part of various customer projects that involve construction and some documentation. Being an active initiator in the daily work of improving and developing our delivery, both internally and towards the customer, is also a given for us. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The work is initially scheduled during the day – Monday to Friday, but shift work may be introduced.

About you

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with property maintenance within industrial/manufacturing companies as a Mechanic/Service Technician/Repair Technician. You have good welding skills and hold a B driver's license and Hot Work certification. Other certifications – forklift, crane, lift, safe lifting etc. are advantageous. You are meticulous and have a very good ability to prepare and plan your work. Knowledge in electrical systems, warehouse technology, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and the ability to read and understand blueprints is also advantageous.

You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have basic IT skills. Furthermore, you are meticulous and methodical in your execution. You approach the workday with equal parts experience and creativity. You are used to working independently and have the ability to prioritize and dare to make your own decisions in pressured situations.
