JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Assistance

Here you support adult users in their own homes or elsewhere where the user is located, and you usually work alone. These users have varying disabilities which means their support needs vary. Many have a high level of care needs.

LSS

Within the LSS operations, you work supportively and guiding with a pedagogical approach to enable individuals to live with high quality of life and experience participation in society. Within our operations; group homes, service housing, and short-term stays, we have users of varying ages and their needs also differ, from individuals with milder disabilities needing pedagogical support to individuals with severe disabilities with greater care needs. In some units, there are individuals with challenging behavior and mental disabilities.

Elderly Care

Here you work to provide care and support to the elderly at one of our nursing homes. The individual’s needs dictate the extent of service and care. You assist with daily tasks, activities, personal hygiene, and medication.

Home Care

In home care, you work in the user's home, and the work is primarily done independently, but some tasks are performed together with colleagues. You start from your unit and follow routines that describe which interventions should be performed for the users. You move between users by bike or car, and the work pace can sometimes be high.

You will perform healthcare tasks delegated by a nurse, and you work both independently and in a team. To work in our operations, you must be able to present a valid criminal record.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• You are at least 18 years old
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• A driver's license is required for home care

Meritorious:

• Trained nursing assistant or support assistant
• Have started training to become a nursing assistant or similar healthcare education
• Experience with the relevant target group
• Several years of work experience
