As a Customer Manager with us in Gothenburg, you will be a key person in the team and contribute to creating memorable customer experiences through top-class service. You will build long-term relationships and strengthen customer loyalty by being an engaged and trustworthy seller and customer contact for our corporate and private clients.

Your responsibilities include:

· Providing the best possible service to our retail customers and ensuring they have a top-class experience.

· Driving sales towards corporate clients and developing new business opportunities.

· Building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers.

· Contributing to ensuring the store is always welcoming, inspiring, and sales-oriented.

· Receiving and registering service requests.

Who are you?

· You are social, energetic, and goal-oriented, and thrive in meeting new people.

· You are passionate about service and see it as a given to exceed customer expectations.

· Goal-oriented and driven by creating results.

· Curious and eager to constantly develop into a confident and trustworthy seller.

· You have the ability to switch between taking care of retail customers in-store and selling to businesses.

· Experience from retail is an advantage and seen as a plus. But the most important thing is your personality and your commitment.

· You may come from a retail background and want to develop your sales potential towards corporate clients.
