RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as an Account Manager, your main task is to drive QleanAir's business from start to finish. You plan and conduct customer meetings, both digital and in-person where necessary, with export customers and in Norway, contributing to a positive perception of the company's products and solutions. You nurture the collaboration with existing customers and actively work on new inquiries. You play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction and good relationships while working towards set goals for increased sales. You collaborate with several internal functions to maintain a positive customer journey. 

You will primarily perform tasks such as:

  • Handle incoming price and product inquiries from prospective and existing export and Norwegian customers.

  • Manage and execute orders for Export and Norway, including related documentation.

  • Independently create quotes for Export and Norway and follow up on them.

  • Develop and increase sales of QleanAir Scandinavia AB's products and services.

  • Increase the number of customers and prospects to meet revenue targets.

  • Independently be responsible for driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, follow-up, and customer care.

  • Use and maintain the customer database for prospecting and developing new and existing customers.

  • Follow up and evaluate market conditions and competing solutions.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Important for the position:

  • At least a high school education and documented knowledge in business economics.

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, at least 5 years.

  • Experience in sales work outside of Sweden, export, at least 5 years.

  • Good technical understanding.

  • Good IT skills (Office package and CRM systems or equivalent).

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing, Norwegian is a plus.

  • Analytical ability to create and present reports and make presentations with a business strategic focus.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as Account Manager at QleanAir is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by QleanAir at their office in Solna.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process and be part of a dedicated team with a good community. The working hours are 37.5 hours a week and good benefits are included in the position.
