About the assignment

A family in Löberöd (Skåne, Eslöv/Höör) with three children, aged 2, 5/6 & 11-13 years, wishes for help with babysitting 1-2 afternoons a week between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM. The babysitter needs to have a driver's license and their own car. Pets are present in the home.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, which is why we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
