About the assignment

A family in Malmö with one child (1 year old) wishes to have help with babysitting 1–2 afternoons a week, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Sometimes the family wishes help overnight. The need is between 16-20 hours per month. There is a large dog in the home; the babysitter needs to be comfortable and experienced with dogs. We are looking for a babysitter who has either Swedish, Danish, or German as their mother tongue.

As babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and to establish a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
