JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Service Administration, we have a staffing pool that offers flexible and reliable staffing services in the areas of cleaning, internal transport, meal service, and janitorial services in Landskrona city. Our customers are the residents of Landskrona.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality services to our customers and create a pleasant working environment for our employees. Together, we ensure that all tasks are performed according to applicable guidelines and standards; we collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and other premises.
• Handle and prepare meals according to established menus and hygiene requirements.
• Delivery of meals (B driver's license required)
• Internal transport (B driver's license required)
• Janitorial services (B driver's license required)
• Vehicle maintenance (B driver's license required)

The position is based in the service team that performs various types of specialized cleaning, window cleaning, remediation tasks, and deep cleaning. The position may also involve cleaning in the homes of our citizens.

While you will be part of a team, independent work may occur as needed. This position means you will be booked for assignments where short-term absences occur and based on your experience profile.

Since cleaning usually takes place when the business is in operation, it is important to have a good attitude towards those you meet during the day.

You are expected to be flexible, take responsibility for the group's tasks and work environment.

In addition to cleaning, maintenance of tools and mops, inventory of cleaning supplies, ordering materials, and collaborating with coordinators and supervisors to ensure a good work environment are included. The tasks are physically demanding.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Experience in cleaning and/or meal work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can for example read a job description, understand dosage instructions, and receive verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different work environments.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• As we gradually transition to a more digital everyday life and work/report in various systems, it is essential that you can take responsibility for following our communication routines. In other words, you feel comfortable using a computer and/or smartphone and documenting in a journal system.
• It is advantageous if you have any of the following:
• Vocational certificates SRY, PRYL, or equivalent
• Experience with floor care, window cleaning, and deep cleaning
• Kitchen assistant training or equivalent
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, janitorial services
