About the assignment / Om uppdraget

A family in Malmö wishes for help with light household chores such as grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning at home. The need is Monday to Friday every third week, 2 hours per shift (starting around 4/5 PM). The family has two children aged 13 and 15 who manage themselves.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and to ensure a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
• Additional pay for unsocial hours and holidays
• Opportunity for a fixed contract with guaranteed hours

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a criminal record extract.
