Carilo Property Management – Uddevalla

Carilo Property Management is growing, and we are now looking for a service-oriented and self-driven Administrator who wants to be a central part of our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for administration, documentation, and customer contact related to our properties and tenants.

About the position

As an administrator with us, you will have a varied and responsible job where you handle administrative tasks and have direct contact with tenants, craftsmen, and partners. You will work closely with management and contribute to creating a safe and professional experience for our customers.

Your tasks

• Manage and document maintenance requests
• Order the right craftsmen depending on the type of issue
• Maintain ongoing documentation of cases and property information
• Post advertisements for available apartments
• Conduct viewings of apartments
• Draft and write rental agreements
• Organize and distribute keys
• Contact with tenants, suppliers, and contractors
• Other administration and support for property management

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and has a professional demeanor. You thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives and work independently, while also having a good ability to collaborate and communicate.

You should have:

• Experience in administration or customer service
• Good computer skills (preferably experience with property management systems – an advantage but not a requirement)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Service mindset and clear communication skills
• Driver's license (B) is an advantage but not necessary.
