About the position

As a nurse in the emergency department at Tiohundra, you will care for critically ill and injured patients, but you will also assist patients who come to us with minor injuries and illnesses. You will collaborate with nursing assistants and doctors and be responsible for triaging patients who come to us. Our emergency department is also an urgent care center, which provides a great variety of tasks, and no day is the same. Due to the urgent care assignment, the work also includes caring for sick children.

Your tasks include:

• Standard nursing work in the emergency department with adults and in urgent care with both adults and children
• Triaging patients
• Managing critically ill patients in interprofessional collaboration
• Leading within the framework of the profession

About our offer

In the emergency department, we offer professional development, both through internal training and external courses. We provide an individually tailored introduction and use a flexible schedule. We apply the 24-7 agreement, which includes double night shifts and reduced working hours. Six percent of your monthly salary is allocated to your occupational pension, and we apply partial parental leave until the child is twelve years old.

About you

For this role, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse
• Have at least two years of experience in emergency care
• Possess good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Have good computer and system skills

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Worked in an emergency department as a nurse
• Specialist training in a relevant field
• Experience with TakeCare
