Brunnby Hotel, Årsta Partihallar – 44 rooms

Are you looking for a varied part-time job where you can take responsibility and be involved in several aspects of hotel operations? We are now seeking a hotel receptionist for extra work, primarily every other weekend, with the possibility of more shifts during the summer, as well as occasional weekdays during certain periods.

About us

Brunnby Hotel is a family-owned 2-star hotel with 50 rooms, located in Årsta Partihallar – close to both Stockholmsmässan and Globen. We are a small team with great commitment, where each employee makes a real difference to our guests' experience.

About the position

This is a broad and varied role where you will work with everything from welcoming guests at the reception to managing breakfast and assisting with cleaning when needed. You need to be self-driven and able to handle many tasks simultaneously.

Shifts:

– 06:30–14:30 (morning)

– 14:30–22:30 (evening)

Scope: Extra as needed, primarily every other weekend – with the possibility of more shifts based on demand.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Phone calls, emails, and bookings (we use Sirvoy)
• Cash handling
• Preparation and management of breakfast buffet
• Cleaning of rooms and common areas as needed
• Maintain order in public areas and the reception
• Be the hotel's face to the outside – you greet guests with warmth and responsibility

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous work experience, regardless of industry
• Is responsible, self-driven, and unpretentious
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has good computer skills
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Previous experience in hotels, reception, or service is a plus, but not a requirement
